Three ways to work with me. One method underneath.

My sessions are all personalized to each client, no one has the same program. What changes is how the coaching reaches you.

Online Coaching

For the person whose calendar decides everything. Your program lives on your phone and gets rewritten as your week moves.

  1. Intake call: goal, training history, injuries, and the number of days you genuinely have.

  2. A program written for you alone — patterns, load, progression, and the order they move in.

  3. Weekly check-in: you send numbers and video, I read them and move one variable.

  4. Direct access between check-ins, because questions do not wait for Monday.

02 / In person

In-Person Training

Plano and the surrounding area. Hands-on coaching for lifters who want technique fixed in the room, not over text.

  1. Movement screen first. I want to see how you hinge, squat, press and pull before anything gets loaded.

  2. Sessions coached rep by rep, with cues that stick after I stop giving them.

  3. The same personalized program behind it — in-person is a delivery method, not a different plan.

  4. Homework for the days I am not standing next to you.

03 / Nutrition

Nutrition Coaching

Certified and qualified alongside the training, so your food plan and your program are built by the same person on the same day.

  1. Targets set from your body, your activity and your goal — start with the calculator if you want a preview.

  2. Structure that survives a work lunch, a road trip and a Saturday with the family.

  3. Adjustments made from real data: weight trend, training performance, sleep and hunger.

  4. Mental performance coaching runs alongside it, because food is rarely only about food.

“I coach the whole person, mental performance, fitness and nutrition, as I am certified and qualified in all of the above.”
