Founding clients
I am opening a small group of founding spots for online coaching. Small on purpose: more of my attention, direct access to me between sessions, and a coach who is personally invested in proving this works.
Client results are coming soon — I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
You text me. I answer. No account manager in between.
Your numbers get read every week and the plan moves accordingly.
Training, nutrition and mental performance under one coach.
Weeks and months, told to you straight from day one.
Sound familiar
Most of the men I meet in Plano are not short on effort. They are short on a plan that fits the week they actually have.
So you start five times a year, each time from scratch, each time with a different plan you found somewhere.
They worked for about four weeks. Then life moved and the program did not, because nobody was watching it but you.
Kids, a commute, a job that eats the day. Six days a week was never going to happen, and any plan that assumes it fails on contact.

The method
I coach the whole person: mental performance, fitness and nutrition, because I am certified and qualified in all of the above.
Days, patterns and load are set by the week you actually have. Three real sessions beats five imaginary ones.
Targets you can hit at a work lunch and at your kid's game, not a menu that assumes you cook twice a day.
The flat days decide the outcome. We plan for them instead of pretending they will not come.
How it works
We talk through your goal, your history and your week. Fifteen minutes.
Built for you alone: patterns, load, progression and nutrition targets.
In person in Plano or online, with form and effort watched every week.
Your numbers get read and one variable moves. That is progressive overload done properly.
Show Up Strong
A physique change is the visible part. The part clients talk about is having gas at 9 p.m. — for the dog, the kids, the person waiting on you to be present.
Loads that move month over month, on paper.
Held with a routine you can repeat in month six.
Because it was built around your calendar.
Injury history respected, not ignored.

Straight answers
No. That is the normal starting place, and it is the easiest one to coach. On the free consult I ask about your week, your history and what you actually want changed. You leave with the first step, whether or not you hire me.
Because they were someone else's plan. My sessions are all personalized to each client, no one has the same program. Yours gets built off your calendar, your injuries and your goal, then rewritten as you change.
You do not need to be. Three well-built sessions a week, held for a year, beat six sloppy ones held for five weeks. We build the week around the days you genuinely have.
No. I coach the whole person: mental performance, fitness and nutrition, because I am certified and qualified in all of the above. Ignoring two of the three is why most plans stall around week five.
A conversation, not a sales pitch. We go through your goal, your schedule and your training history, and I tell you plainly what a realistic timeline looks like.
