About

I coach the whole person. That is the entire job.

15 years in Plano, Texas, coaching training, nutrition and mental performance under one roof.

How I got here

I have always been into sports and fitness. That was never a decision, it was just how I was built. Then I got injured playing soccer, and the whole thing came apart.

I started my journey through college in that state, and what carried me was not a printout. It was coaches who paid attention during recovery, told me the truth about timelines, and kept me moving forward. I learned more about training in rehab than I had learned in years of just playing.

That is what led me to wanting to help and coach others now, and give back. Fifteen years later it is still the job description.

“Always been into sports and fitness, got injured playing soccer and then started my journey through college and learned from my recovery and my coaches in recovery that lead me to wanting to help and coach others now and give back.”

How I coach

No two programs are the same, on purpose.

My sessions are all personalized to each client, no one has the same program. Rehab taught me why: the body in front of you tells you what it can take, and you either listen or you set it back a month.

Mental performance

The flat weeks decide the outcome. We plan for them instead of hoping they skip you.

Fitness

Patterns, load and progression, chosen for your history and your calendar.

Nutrition

Targets that hold at a work lunch and on a Saturday, not a menu built for someone else's life.

I am certified and qualified in all of the above. That matters because handing two thirds of your problem to somebody else is how plans fall apart around week five.

Off the gym floor

Show up for what depends on you.

I am an animal person. Anyone who has looked after one knows the deal: something is waiting on you every single day, whether or not you feel like it, and it does not care how your week went. You show up anyway, and you feel better for it.

Coaching runs on the same wiring. Loyalty and consistency are not motivational words to me, they are the mechanism. I show up for the people I coach on the flat weeks, and I build programs that leave you enough energy at the end of the day for the ones who are waiting on you.
